Manchester Underwriting Management was the highest new entry in this year’s Broker Service Survey, ranking second overall.
This survey, run by Insurance Times, measures brokers’ opinions on service across all insurance lines and markets, from ease of access to underwriters to the speed and fair result of claims settlement.
