This year at BIBA, Manchester Underwriting Management (MUM) are pleased to be promoting our new Property Owners product.
We provide extremely comprehensive cover and flexible underwriting, to a total sum insured of £50,000,000 per premises.
Our appetite includes:
- Modern offices
- Retail and shopping centres
- Light – Medium industrial
- Low – Medium hazard warehousing such as modern, well-managed properties with low fire load and no processing
- Residential – generally concrete-floored
- Portfolios from property investors
Our approach is ‘never say never’ when considering portfolios with an exposure to high risk trades – we’ll look at them with responsible flexibility.
As MUM develops and grows we continue to expand our range of products with two new products lines arriving in the near future.
MUM has also opened offices in new locations as a part of this expansion. Our Bristol office opened in November 2016 and our Manchester office opens in May 2017, meaning that we can service our broker friends locally and better.
